President-elect John Dramani Mahama has unveiled a list of high-profile appointments to key positions within the Office of the President as he readies to take office.

The appointments, set to take effect on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, are aimed at laying a solid foundation for his administration.

A statement signed by Special Aide Felix Kwakye Ofosu detailed the appointments as follows:

  4. Dr. Valerie Sawyerr – Senior Presidential Advisor, Governmental Affairs
  5. Augustus Goosie Tannoh – Presidential Advisor on 24-hour Economy and Accelerated Export Development
  6. Marietta Agyeiwaa Brew – Legal Counsel to the President
  7. Hon. Felix Kwakye Ofosu – Acting Spokesperson to the President
