The 27th Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) officially launched on March 14, 2026, with the hourly unveiling of nominated artists, projects, and songs for the year under review.
The nominees span 26 categories, showcasing the best of Ghanaian music. TGMA organisers noted that this year’s nominations selected songs, albums, and productions released between January 1 and December 31, 2025.
This came after a vetting process involving submissions from artists, managers, record labels, and producers across the music industry.
