Black Sherif has announced his forthcoming EP, “Sun Sherif.”
The Ghanaian artiste, now on an international tour, unveiled the project during an intimate listening session on August 18, 2026, at 27 Clerkenwell Road in London.
The event, branded as An Evening With Black Sherif, drew a select audience of fans and industry insiders eager to hear what the reigning TGMA Artiste of the Year has been working on.

Speaking at the session, Black Sherif described the EP as an introspective body of work.
“These are songs made in the bedroom, and with this I literally let you into my space to hear the things I think about in solitude,” he told the audience.
He explained that the collection reflects thoughts and inspirations shaped during quiet moments away from the spotlight.
The EP builds on hints dropped earlier this year with his single “PopStar”, which signalled a shift toward more celebratory and triumphant tones storytelling.
At the London session, fans were treated to previews of two unreleased tracks, offering a glimpse of the sound Black Sherif has been developing.
Ultimately, “Sun Sherif” is more than a release. It marks Black Sherif’s growth, presenting him as both a hitmaker and a storyteller of lived experience.
With Road Boys Association keeping details under wraps, its unveiling is set to be one of the most anticipated moments in African music this year.
