The friendly matches brought smiles, laughter, and a shared sense of community to the children in attendance.

As part of his birthday giving-back initiative, King Promise donated GH₵30,000 to support the children and the work of Akwaaba Volunteers NGO, reinforcing his commitment to using his platform for meaningful impact beyond music. The day’s activities were supported by Ecobank Ghana, King Promise’s brand ambassador partner, underscoring the bank’s continued investment in community-driven initiatives across the country.

“Turning a year older is a blessing, and I wanted to spend it giving back to the community that has given me so much love,” King Promise said. “Running with 7 Even Run Club and spending the evening on the Padel court with these kids reminded me what this day is really about — showing up for others.”

Akwaaba Volunteers NGO expressed gratitude for the artist’s support, noting that contributions like this go directly toward improving the lives and opportunities available to underprivileged children in their care.

King Promise’s birthday charity activities reflect a growing trend among Ghanaian entertainers using personal milestones to spotlight social causes and further cements his reputation as an artist deeply connected to his roots and community.
