Organizers of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards, Charterhouse Productions, have announced a new date for the 26th edition of the awards show.
The ceremony, previously scheduled for May 3, 2025, will now take place on May 10, 2025, at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC). The organizers communicated the new date in an official press statement.
“Charterhouse Productions, the organizers of the 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards, wish to inform industry stakeholders and the general public that the date for the main awards ceremony has been changed from 3rd May 2025 to 10th May 2025,” the statement read.
The production house also announced revised dates for pre-scheduled activities leading up to the main event.
“This change, regrettably, affects the calendar of activities leading to the main awards ceremony. Kindly take note of the following events and their new dates:
– Masterclass: Thursday, 8th May 2025
– Pre-Party: Friday, 9th May 2025.”
The 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards will celebrate outstanding achievements in the Ghanaian music industry. It will feature a red carpet experience, live performances from top Ghanaian artistes, and the presentation of awards.
