Canadian rapper Aubrey Graham, better known as Drake, has released a brand-new track, “What Did I Miss,” as as the lead single from his upcoming ninth studio album “Iceman.”
The rap song was released on July 5, 2025 after months of posting cryptic images symbolic to the title and affirming rumours of a solo Drake rap album which blogs and music industry insiders speculated after Drake released a collaborative album (Some Sexy Songs 4 U) with Canadian singer PartyNextDoor.
Accompanied by a live-stream video (IceMan: Episode 1) shot in Toronto, “What Did I Miss” centers on Drake’s sentiments after his lyrical spat with Kendrick Lamar in 2024, with slick lyrics presumably aimed at a former friend (LeBron James) who showed up to Kendrick’s pop out concert.

On the live-stream he also teased a new song riding around the city of Toronto while tailing the Iceman Toronto-based ice company truck. He also interacted with fans and supporters who caught a glimpse of him in traffic.
There is no official release date for Iceman yet but the album is suspected to be released later this year.
