Celebrated Ghanaian music executive, Yaw Boadu-Ayeboafoh, professionally known as NYB, has officially joined the Recording Academy as part of its prestigious 2025 New Member Class, placing him among a global community of influential music professionals shaping the future of the recording industry.
NYB currently serves as the Head of Music at Amin Entertainment LTD (popularly known as Amin Music) and is the founder of Nest Lvl Management, a talent management agency committed to grooming the next generation of African music talent.
His induction into the Recording Academy, the organization behind the GRAMMY Awards, is a recognition of his growing influence within Africa’s creative industries and his commitment to excellence in music business leadership.

A seasoned music executive, NYB is an alumnus of the Music Business Academy for Africa, a premier educational platform for emerging professionals in the industry. He is also a graduate of the Soundscapers program, a respected course focused on music publishing; an area in which he continues to advocate for greater education and transparency among African artists and rights holders.
NYB has worked in various capacities with talents such as the 3x Grammy-winning supergroup Morgan Heritage, Mr. Drew, Olivetheboy (through Loop Music), Jah Lead, Teflon Flexx, Kwesi Arthur (through Tieme Music), and many more. He currently leads the management team and label for fast-rising Ghanaian artist, RCee, who is currently making waves with his single ‘Agenda’.
Through his work at Amin Music, NYB has played a vital role in artist development, A&R, and strategic direction for a new wave of talent, while Nest Lvl Management serves as a launchpad for artists and producers navigating the business side of music.
