Legendary Ghanaian music icon, Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, has died.
Official report from his family indicates that the highlife legend passed away in the early hours of Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the Bank Hospital in Accra, where he had been admitted days earlier, receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness.
The statement described Daddy Lumba as more than just a musician.
