AfroFuture has unveiled its highly anticipated pre-festival programming, artist lineup, and designated venues for the 8th edition of the festival.
Powered by Afreximbank and the renowned cognac house Martell, the annual December extravaganza is scheduled to take place on December 28-29, 2025, at the El-Wak Stadium in Accra, Ghana. This year’s theme, “African Nostalgia,” focuses on connecting the new generation in Ghana and the diaspora with their African roots through community, creativity, food, fashion, and, most importantly, music.
Performing artists on the bill include Nigeria’s Asake, South African sensations TxC, Ghana’s own Moliy, King Paluta, and Mavo. In addition to the performances, there will be DJ sets from a fine roster of DJs, including DJ Obi & Obi’s House, ADDJ, DJ Loft, and the duo K-Dawg & EZPass, to electrify the event. Before the main event, AfroFuture will host different sets of cultural and entertaining activities as appetizers for the big day.
