Nigerian Afrobeats and R&B songstress Tems has released a surprise EP titled “Love Is A Kingdom.”

Tems posted a promotional video followed by the cover art for the surprise project on social media on November 21, 2025.

Featuring no guest appearances, the seven-track EP interpolates R&B, Afrobeats, and neo-soul to explore themes of vulnerability, love, self-worth, and healing, all from the pen of the award-winning singer.

Released on November 21, 2025, “Love Is A Kingdom” follows her Grammy-nominated album “Born in the Wild,” which dropped in 2024.

Tems’ velvety voice and ingenious concepts behind her soulful records earned her a nomination for Best Global Music Album at the 2025 Grammy Awards for “Born in the Wild.” She was also nominated for Best R&B Song for the single “Burning” and won Best African Music Performance for “Love Me JeJe.”
