The cable and satellite network will release the documentary feature on December 11 at 9 p.m. ET as part of the second season of its Music Box series.

Directed by Karam Gill and executive produced by Bill Simmons, “Long Live Lagos” focuses on Wizkid’s evolution from pursuing music dreams in the Surulere slums to headlining London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2023, making him the first African artiste to achieved such a feat.

Incorporating exclusive footage and interviews with respected associates, the film showcases his journey and how he broke down African music stereotypes with Afrobeats.
