Ghanaian dancehall artist Shatta Wale won two awards at the 43rd International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA), held on Sunday, May 17, 2026, in Lauderhill, Florida.
Out of three nominations (Best African Dancehall Entertainer, Best Music Video for Street Crown and Concert of the Year), the “King Shatta” hitmaker won Best African Dancehall Entertainer and Concert of the Year for his 2025 Shatta Fest show, which received praise for its massive turnout and electric atmosphere.
These victories bring his total IRAWMA trophies to 11, cementing his position as the most awarded Ghanaian artist in the history of the awards. Although Shatta Wale was not present in Florida, representatives from his Shatta Movement team accepted the awards on his behalf.

He released one EP titled Voice Of The Crown and dropped an impressive volume of tracks throughout the year.
