Sarkodie, Ghana’s most decorated rapper, has announced the Rapperholic Kumasi Edition, marking the second time his flagship concert series will be staged outside the Greater Accra Region.
The Kumasi edition is scheduled for 24 October 2026 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium. The move signals Sarkodie’s plan to expand the festival’s reach and connect with audiences beyond the capital, following the success of the previous edition.
Launched more than a decade ago, the Rapperholic brand has become one of Ghana’s most anticipated annual concerts, drawing large crowds and showcasing the country’s musical talents.

In addition, Sarkodie also revealed plans for his first shows in Australia. He will perform in Melbourne at the Prince Bandroom on 9 October 2026 and in Sydney at the Metro Theatre on 10 October 2026. The dates mark his debut performances in the country.
By bringing Rapperholic back to Kumasi while preparing for his debut shows in Australia, Sarkodie is pushing forward on two fronts. At home, he’s extending the festival beyond Accra and giving fans in the Ashanti Region another landmark night. Abroad, he’s breaking new ground and introducing his sound to audiences who are hearing it fresh.
