Netflix has released the official trailer for the second season of its live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender, giving fans a clearer look at the highly anticipated continuation of the epic story.
The new season picks up immediately after the dramatic finale of Season one, in which Aang, Katara, and Sokka defeated a major threat but were left with a troubling omen in the post-credits scene.
In the two minutes trailer, the Fire Nation launches a renewed offensive against the Earth Kingdom. Aang and his companions travel deep into Earth Kingdom territory, where they recruit Toph Beifong, a blind but powerful earth bender, to train Aang in the art of earth bending. Their journey eventually takes them to the heavily fortified city of Ba Sing Se, where they become entangled in a dangerous political conspiracy.

Returning cast members include Gordon Cormier as Aang, Kiawentiio as Katara, Ian Ousley as Sokka, Dallas Liu as Prince Zuko, Elizabeth Yu as Azula, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as Uncle Iroh, and Daniel Dae Kim as Fire Lord Ozai.
New cast members joining this season include Miya Cech as Toph Beifong, Chin Han as Long Feng, Justin Chien as Earth King Kuei, Amanda Zhou as Joo Dee, Crystal Yu as Poppy Beifong, Hoa Xuande as Professor Zei, and Kelemete Misipeka as The Boulder.
The second season for Avatar: The Last Airbender Season is set to premiere on June 25, 2026.
