Global Info Analytics: Annor Dompreh Tops June Performance Poll

A June 2026 performance assessment of Members of Parliament across 83 constituencies has placed the MP for Nsawam-Adoagyiri, Frank Annor Dompreh at the top of the rankings, while mp for Asene/Manso/Akroso, George Kwame Aboagye recorded the lowest public approval.

The survey, which measured constituents’ assessment of their MPs under the categories of Excellent/Very Good/Good, Average, Poor/Very Poor, and No Opinion, found that 98% of respondents in Nsawam-Adoagyiri rated their MP’s performance positively. Only 2% described the performance as poor, with no respondents selecting the average category.

At the other end of the table, Asene/Manso/Akroso emerged as the country’s lowest-rated constituency, where just 9 percent of respondents gave their MP a positive assessment, while 87 percent rated the performance as Poor or Very Poor.

While several MPs enjoyed approval ratings above 70 percent, others faced a more divided electorate.

Constituencies such as Tema East, Ablekuma South, Gomoa West, Ablekuma Central and Ayawaso West Wuogon recorded positive ratings between 59 and 67 percent, indicating relatively balanced public opinion.

The survey also found varying levels of voter uncertainty. Bosomtwe recorded the highest proportion of respondents with no opinion at 18 percent, while Asuogyaman followed with 15 percent, suggesting that a notable share of constituents either lacked sufficient information to assess their MPs or chose not to express a view.
