Nickelodeon’s upcoming animated film “Avatar: Aang, The Last Airbender”, which continues the story of the original Avatar: The Last Airbender series, has been leaked online.
More than three minutes of footage from the project appeared on X (formerly Twitter)after user, @ImStillDissin, claimed that Nickelodeon had “accidentally” emailed them the full film. The user shared what appears to be two scenes from the movie. The post quickly gained over 30 million views before it was hit with a copyright strike and removed.
“If Paramount doesn’t post a trailer within the next couple days or something, I’ll livestream the movie alongside some Peggle Deluxe gameplay,” the X user warned in a follow up tweet.

The leaked footage also reveals the new voice cast. Eric Nam voices Avatar Aang, Jessica Matten voices Katara, and Steven Yeun voices Fire Lord Zuko. Dave Bautista voices Tagah, a mysterious ancient Airbender. Taika Waititi voices Gorillavark, an eccentric Spirit World creature.
One clip shows Team Avatar working together to heal an ancient Airbender who had been trapped in ice. Another scene appears to involve the group confronting a new threat or pulling a temple from the Spirit World into the physical realm.
The project was initially planned for a theatrical release but has since been moved to a streaming debut on Paramount+ in October 2026.
According to online reports, the leak likely originated from an internal distribution error at Nickelodeon or its parent company, Paramount. Nickelodeon and Paramount have not yet issued an official statement on the incident.
The leak has already sparked intense discussion and debate among fans across social media.
